“My Company leases our truck from Ryder. We are based out of Fletcher, NC and run from Asheville to South Atlanta on a daily basis. We frequently need service and have been to almost all shops between Asheville and Atlanta.
Doraville has the best customer service of all of them. Vic has been great in getting us back on the road and I would like to give a special shout out to Kaiden who is so friendly and determined to get our truck fixed. Vic and Kaiden have excellent customer service skills and Ryder should be grateful to have them working for them.

“I had the experience of rental a truck from this location. The customer service from Gymeika and Miguel were very professional and transparent. Gymeika explained the policy and inspected the truck for prior damage. “Rented Penske 26 foot. Lacoursiea Parker was so helpful. She advised me on all insurances to purchase and also made sure the contract was under my business ( profile) - she even came back to the office to check again to make sure paperwork was correct. The truck was spotless and filled with gas. I requested a new truck and they took note and delivered it. Very easy experience. Highly recommend. ( you have to purchase your own lock)”
