A year ago, I retired as a Pharmacist after 50 years in the profession. When I left the company I was working for, my wife and I needed guidance with moving our 401K. I was in there today for an unusual transaction and the young woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and had my business taken care of within a couple minutes. She was very buttoned up. I have found Fidelity representatives to be very helpful on the phone, but there's nothing like having an office you can walk into and speak with a representative face to face.”
