Crappy return policy. I would avoid buying here and just purchase on Amazon for the city you’re traveling to. Very scammy with the prices and policies.

Didn’t respond to my mail. The don’t offer iPhones and staff was not really helpful and more annoyed by customers

I was at this Itravel store on July 8th 2024 at 2:44 pm. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble. The store was fairly busy with about 4 to 5 people and the sales associate was on his phone, not even interacting with the customers. That’s terrible for any business to survive.
