The Target store at Edgewood Place has received mixed reviews from customers. Many shoppers have noted that the store often appears disorganized, with clothes scattered on the floor and empty racks, especially during busy times like Christmas. The chaotic parking lot adds to the stress of shopping, as finding a spot can be difficult. Inside, customers frequently encounter long lines due to a lack of staff at the registers and limited self-checkout options. Some items are often out of stock, and many products are locked away, which can make the shopping experience frustrating. However, there have been positive experiences as well. Some employees, such as Alex and the night managers, have been praised for their helpfulness and knowledge. Customers have appreciated their efforts in assisting with product searches and providing excellent service. Despite the challenges faced at this location, the store does have dedicated staff who strive to enhance the shopping experience, making it a mixed bag for visitors. Overall, improvements in inventory management and organization are needed for a better shopping environment.
Needed a few mens clothing items quickly as soon as they opened. All mens undershirts and underwear are locked behind glass cabinets. There were 0 employees willing or able to help get any items out of these cabinets.

I was HAPPY to see that protests of Target ending their DEI policies has affected the number of shoppers.

Customer service literally laughed in my face as I was checking the price on salvaged items. 15 an hour ain’t enough to bring out that type of mean, it comes for free
