I have not had good customer service at this store in the past. However, this time a wonderful young lady named Skylar was awesome! She upgraded my iPhone, transferred my data, and got me out the door pretty quickly. She knew her stuff and was there to do it right.

Only 10 min wait. Team was smart and super helpful. Even thought of other suggestions that would help. Great service! Frank was awesome. Talk about surprise and delight.
