Verizon was average. And I expected much better. It took too long for my presence to be acknowledged. And then instead of "How can I help you sir"...I get "Whats Up Man?"

I had an order pickup for my new phone . I’ll say this . All the reviews about the piss poor customer service is right . I would skip this location

If you come to this Verizon store ask for Don! I broke my screen on my phone and he was able to assist me to get my data off. He was patient through the process and even helped me find a better phone. Ill definitely recommend reaching out to Don for all your needs at this store
