“I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this vet office 6 years ago! My pup seems to have more and more issues as he gets older, and working with Dr Manack has brought me so much peace and reassurance during this difficult time. She is she most patient and caring doctor I have ever worked with, and I’m so thankful for her and her team! Even when I have an emergency and have to see another vet, I don’t stress because the whole team of doctors and assistants are amazing and we don't miss a beat. The ladies up front are also fantastic and always greet my pups with a smile and make them feel comfortable during drop off.I have to add that I even moved to a different county, and still make the hour drive to this office (almost monthly) for the amazing staff!”

“Greg and Dr. Yamada were the first people who saw Francis when I brought her in. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. She came in with a UTI. She’d been treated at another clinic that was…well below expectations and quite expensive, so I decided to try Treehouse. I’m really glad I did. They accepted her records from the previous clinic so I wouldn’t need to have another UTI test done, gave her a Covenia shot at my request as Francis does not take medication well at all. She was right as rain in less than 24 hours. Since then Dr. Yamada has done a teeth cleaning as well, and that was a great experience too. Francis is a skittish rescue cat and they take their time with her to ensure she is comfortable and try to make the experience as stress free as possible. I think I can definitely say this is our new vet home. Highly recommend.”

“Dr Biddlecome is an absolute gem of a person. I went into the appointment in desperation after my 5 year old cat suddenly displayed uncharacteristic aggression to a member of the household. She was not only patient with our concerns and fostered an open environment where we felt comfortable unburdening our concerns but she was gentle in her handling of Franky and offered multiple solutions to try remedying the issue. Thank you for assuaging our anxieties in a situation that had become a bit of a nightmare. I had considered finding another vet closer to where I live in Midtown but after this week's appointment, my loyalty is solidified.”
“I received excellent service from Ansley Animal Clinic every time I took my kitties there. Dr. Roton is the best veterinarian I've seen in a very long time. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and caring towards his clients and their furry kids. I trust Dr. Roton completely with the care of my cats. It's not easy to find a great veterinarian, and I have much respect and appreciation for him. He took such great care of my Winona during her battle with cancer.
The whole staff is also simply wonderful at Ansley. They are very nice people, understanding, courteous, and accommodating. They follow up and call you back. Nothing slips thru the cracks.

“Highly recommend! It’s always tough looking for a new vet to trust when you move somewhere new but Intown Animal Hospital (both locations) has been awesome taking care of my pup! I was nervous about a recent teeth cleaning and small surgical procedure but the staff and Dr. White put me at ease immediately. Dr. White called me before the procedure and right after the procedure providing updates which helped calm my nerves. She also called the day after and a week after just to check in. Fantastic customer service and pet care all around. 5 stars and more if I could give them!”

“Just returned from our first visit at Ormewood, and this was easily the best experience we've had at the vet. Everyone took so much time and care to discuss our dog's health needs and answered any questions that came up. I usually go into vet appointments with a certain level of skepticism, but from the get-go knew this was a top tier clinic. Dr. James and crew seem to genuinely want to offer the best care for their patients. Their prices are also super reasonable, and we experienced zero upselling. Highly recommend Ormewood!”

“I’ve been using this vet practice for the last 4 years. Dr. Clarke and her staff are friendly, communicative and know their stuff. This clinic will also be upfront about what they can and can’t do (surgeries that require overnight care, for example) and do not scare you into doing unnecessary tests and procedures.”
“Both the vet tech and the vet were very friendly. My cat is skiddish and they both were very caring with her. This group was upfront with the cost of each thing they were suggesting for my cat's care. I like that they are just focsued on cats and not all pets. The nail clippings were free with all other services which is a huge plus over other vets. Easy to find, tons of parking and all the staff was friendly and welcoming.”

“Our dog and cat have been going to EAAC for nearly a decade and they have been consistently fantastic. Everybody there is great but Dr Oteri is a gem. She managed our cat’s tricky chronic conditions for years and she and the staff are so kind and professional and truly care for the animals AND their humans equally. They always manage to fit us in quickly when we are having pet issues - minor or major. I felt compelled to write a review after this morning: I emailed the clinic with (yet another) question and Dr Oteri called me with answers only a few hours later. I’m not sure how they have always managed to be so responsive for so many years but I just really appreciate them.”

“We came to the clinic after being displaced from a hurricane and needed our dog to be seen. They were able to get us in the same day, answered all of our questions, and were thorough with our dogs care. We called the clinic a week later to follow up and were met with such kindness. If we lived closer, this would be our primary vet, but we're 7 hours away. We have great peace of mind knowing this clinic is near to family members should an issue ever arise with our dog when we visit. Highly recommend!”
