“Today I went in cricket wireless because I was having some phone issues and the lady working her name was Nina and Nina was superb she was a good multi-tasker she was helping more than one customer at one time she never got frustrated she had patience. she is great with customer service and one of the most excellent people I have seen who have worked at a phone store. Nina is top-notch and if I ever have problems with my phone again I will not go to any other cricket wireless except their to go speak with Nina.”

It was quick and easy and they even told me about the tmobile home internet trial and sent me home with a box to try it. 3 of them helped me and we're very professional and friendly. Their names were Lamarcus, Grant and Katia. I definitely suggest coming here for any of your tmobile needs.”

“I came in to this store the other day. I was giving it a second chance. My first visit was horrible because of a manager that was just a waste of management. He was not sympathetic with what I was saying. He just stared at me like I was irritating him. (Not sure of his name but to my knowledge he is a high up manager, a african American gentleman). I am a older african American woman. The minute we were done talking, a caucasian woman asked him a question and he smiled and started walking with her. That was a few weeks ago. So on my second visit i encountered a young man and lady up front. They welcomed me in. The young man asked me if i needed help, and helped me. The young lady that rung me out was so pleasant. I complimented her nails and she was really tall, with glasses. Sorry I didnt get names. Those two young people restored my faith in this store. Hopefully management can take some lessons.”

“I don't write reviews but felt it was only right after my experience today. Alex was amazing and so helpful. I came in with my 2 little ones, stressed to the max and a mess, bringing literally all I had left to try to afford my power bill and he saved me. I walked out of there so relieved and his customer service changed my whole attitude and day. Not to mention the rest of the staff seemed like family and were very friendly and funny.
