“Today I went in cricket wireless because I was having some phone issues and the lady working her name was Nina and Nina was superb she was a good multi-tasker she was helping more than one customer at one time she never got frustrated she had patience. she is great with customer service and one of the most excellent people I have seen who have worked at a phone store. Nina is top-notch and if I ever have problems with my phone again I will not go to any other cricket wireless except their to go speak with Nina.”

I came in with my 2 little ones, stressed to the max and a mess, bringing literally all I had left to try to afford my power bill and he saved me. I walked out of there so relieved and his customer service changed my whole attitude and day. Not to mention the rest of the staff seemed like family and were very friendly and funny.
