Hours: Dukes Auto Salvage is a family-owned, local small business that provides high-quality used auto parts. They offer a 30-day warranty on most parts and pull motors, transmissions, and rear axle assemblies, with additional fees for pulling hard-to-reach parts. Customers are welcome to pull small parts and accessories themselves, but must wear shoes or boots—no flip flops or open-toed shoes are allowed on the yard. Customers consistently praise the friendly and courteous customer service provided by the staff. The business is known for its good pricing and availability of parts, both for old and new vehicles. Many customers have been returning for years, highlighting the team’s helpfulness and professionalism. One customer, a master mechanic with over 30 years of experience, shared a detailed story of purchasing a transmission and engine from Dukes. Despite some issues with the engine and a crank problem, the customer appreciated the honest communication and professionalism of the staff. After resolving a misunderstanding about payment, Dukes paid the customer for the work done, emphasizing their commitment to good business practices. Another customer appreciated the helpful attitude of team members, especially Jason, who went out of his way to help find a small window part for a 2003 Chevy Silverado. Dukes Auto Salvage is known for being a great place for all your used parts needs, offering excellent service, fair prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. The team, including Victor, Jason, Doug, and Brittany, are capable of handling a variety of tasks and are committed to customer satisfaction.
