“I don't normally stay at Marriott, but I recently acquired an EV truck so I was hoping to find a hotel that had EV charging as an amenity. The Fairfield by Marriott in Augusta does have EV charging and it worked great (24 amps on 240 volts for about 5.6 kW per hour). Everything else at the hotel was really great, too. The room was big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. Coffee was hot. I'm sure like most hotels in Augusta, they make almost all their money for the year during Masters, so for $125 bucks with tax I think it was a great value. I would stay here again next time I'm in Augusta.”

“In town for a family event, booked at Springhill. Checked in early, the first two rooms I was given access to were not cleaned. The 3rd one the desk clerk went to check was not cleaned. She finally had to check me in a room with 2 queens instead of one king. Breakfast was okay - truly a continental breakfast. Overall, hotel clean, quiet, and a good location. Will advise management to review system housekeeping is using to report clean rooms to avoid confusion at the front desk.”

“It’s a beautiful and historic hotel with a lot of character. Rooftop bar is cool too and the hotels restaurant has decent food.
Parking is $25/day and rooms are a little older as expected for a historic hotel but everything is clean and comfortable.
My room was a little too noisy as it was next to their restaurant on one side and right next to the road on the other side. I requested to see if I could get an upgrade as a diamond member and unfortunately they did not do it although practically most of the hotel was empty during the time I was staying. That is the only complain that I have and other than that everything else was good.”

“I stayed at this hotel once.....then within a six week span, 3 more times!!
A few things that will be guaranteed
1) the is a lovely and sweet woman named Anita who will always greet you and check on you to ensure you are taken care of. The thing about Anita is that you can feel her energy & she TRULY CARES about your well-being and is shows by the way she talks and interaction with the clients.
2) a clean room that isn't outdated
3) fresh towels, clean toilet, and clean tub
There is no other place I will ever stay in Augusta!!!
If I come with my family, two boys and my wife; this without a doubt is my #1 recommendation!!!

Thanks to the cleaning staff who set the standard, the customer service of Anita and another young more dark-skinned brother who always ensures my stay is going well too! Sorry I forgot my brothers name.

If you come to Augusta Residence Inn by Marriott Augusta is ABSOLUTELY worth the stay!!!”

“NEFERTITTI is amazing!!! She creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere at the bistro! Being away from home on business all the time is difficult! She makes you feel like family!”

“I stayed here for 5 days. It was so quiet! I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was so nice, clean and had everything I needed. I used the gym a few times while visiting and that was also nice. I didnt use the parking garage, just the street parking and that was fine.
A lot of people might be skeptical of staying in a hotel in downtown Augusta, but I had no issues. I would stay here again.”

“Originally, I was sad the original managers left. However, the new managers are as cool as can be. I stayed here well over 100 times and 98% of the time, my stay was complaint free! Clean rooms, comfy beds & most importantly NO BUGS! The property is well kept and everything in the room works. Did I also mention, no bugs?!!! Plenty food areas nearby and close to downtown, you can’t beat that for the quality of the rooms. Especially compared to others in the areas. At first I thought the manager and I wouldn’t get along, but he turned out to be a really down to earth guy. He just wants things done the correct way, which is understandable. I have no complaints whatsoever. He will help you as much as he can to make sure your stay is the best possible. I’m really appreciative of this hotel and what they offer. They will forever have my business now & in the future!”

“This hotel is an older hotel which was taken over and turned into Parliament. They have been working hard to renovate and upgrade as they have funds available and it has improved over the years. If you are looking for a cruisy gated place this is it! Nudity is allowed but it's not a nudist place. The rooms are now equivalent to a mid level hotel like nice red roof inn. They have two bars the edge nightclub and capri lounge if you want to drink. It is a good spot to host gay events. Their only minus is it is rather noisy it's especially noisy if you are near the disco nightclub If you go to bed early aka before 1am - Avoid that side of hotel. It was even miserable with ear plugs tried to sleep with towel over my ears and you still heard base thumping. Their prices are reasonable but no longer cheap. For major events rooms approach $200 night after taxes and their mandatory membership fees. I believe all rooms now have terminal through wall heat pump AC now and rooms now have laminate floors. They have a small cafe for food ( not open everyday). They have an unheated pool and about 6 person hot tub. They also have a steam room with irregular hours. There are two very cruisy play areas. You'll have to call and ask hours. Were it not for the nightclub noise I'd rate it higherWalkability: On a busy highway not really walkable and it’s industrial area. Hence the lower rating for location There not really any walkable restaurants other then couple gas stations. One does have fried chicken and sandwiches though. A car is not mandatory but helpful. Uber is hit or miss in Augusta”

“I had a wonderful stay at Budgetel Inn on Gordon Highway. The rates were very budget-friendly, especially considering the quality of service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value and excellent service in Augusta!”

“Great stay. Comfortable bed, nice size room. The only problem is had was adjusting the air conditioner. The breakfast was ok. The serving utensils were inside the dish and we're extremely hot. The eggs were running but tasted ok.”

“Love this location! Right in the heart of anything and walking distance to everything.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The walls are slightly thin though so it can be loud if you have loud neighbors. The water pressure in the showers was kinda weird but not a deal breaker.

They have an attached restaurant that is very good. They also have an attached coffee shack that's open from 6:30am - 10:30am that serves grab and go hot breakfast sandwiches as well as Starbucks brand coffees.

They have a gym, and an indoor and outdoor pool. The gym had a couple treadmills and ellipticals as well as a full set dumbbell rack and a cable machine.

Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.”

“Absolutely beautiful and quaint. We attended a company Christmas party there this evening and other than trying to "locate" the building it was fabulous.”

“I’m currently staying at this hotel, and it’s honestly the best one in the city—even better than some of the more expensive hotels nearby. The customer service, cleanliness, and location are outstanding, especially for the price. It’s less expensive than its neighboring competitors, many of which have much smaller rooms that are basically just a bed, a dresser, and a bathroom a few feet away. In contrast, this hotel offers more space and better value.
It has a pool and is pet-friendly, which makes it even more convenient. I would say you’re treated more like family here. The atmosphere is laid-back, but still very professional. We’ve never been greeted or treated with more personable respect. The staff make you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. I like this place so much that I keep a room here because I’m there so often. For the price, location, and overall quality of service, it’s hard to find anywhere else that comes close.”

“What a hidden gem! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they all speak very good English. The location is superb! 2 attractions are 5 minutes walk from the hotel and overall is 20 minutes walk. There are a handful of restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel. .”

“They are still remodeling but they look close to being done. Room is nice and nicely updated and fresh. Lobby is going to be nice. I'm lifetime Titanium and would definitely stay here again with these newly updated rooms and lobby (almost done).”

“If you want absolutely top notch, first name service, this is your choice. We felt like royalty the entire time we were there. Before I left I made time to say goodbye to everyone on staff.

We were there under difficult circumstances, and this hotel made a vast difference in our time through their detailed, communicative, and personalized support. There is a guest of the day every day, the room staff learns your specific needs, the bar remembers your drinks, the front desk knows your entire party by name, the kitchen staff specializes your orders to you (bonus, we looked forward to delicious breakfast instead of choking down thawed muffins), and the managers are constantly around making sure both staff and guests are nothing short of happy.

I typically show up to hotels with my own pillows and blankets and will often remake my bed with extra padding to my liking, but all of that stayed in the car because these beds and pillows were amazing. Water pressure is great, doors are heavy with multiple locks, sound was just fine.

The renovation is almost complete, and every staff member apologized to me for what is ultimately out of their control as the anticipated completion date passed before the Masters due to industry issues. Anyone who has ever made a contractor-based home improvement should be able to understand this. Every time, I told them I’d rather be with them than anywhere else. The service easily exceeded any inconvenience made by some painters and exterior scaffolds. We cannot wait to come back and celebrate with them in their update, top of the line saltwater pool.

Don’t think twice about this choice, it was the best one I could have made in a difficult time for my family.”

“Great location for an overnight stay while traveling. Would be ideal for long term stay as well. Kim at the front desk was so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Added plus our dog enjoyed her stay too! Would definitely stay again.”

“Very comfortable and quiet but oddly they seam to skip a lot of small maintenance tasks especially in public spaces and conferance rooms. Noteable missing or mismatched lightbulbs in fixtures. Bathrooms in conference area have needed repairs to their stall doors for years. Side entrance doors seam to slam or are mishung in their frames and don't properly close.”

“Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our extended stay. Complimentary breakfast and social hour were great. By far the most noteworthy part of our stay was the staff. They were so kind and personable - they made my day each day we were there. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“It's a good place to go if you like being able to do things that other places don't want you to do their good about not getting in your business and if you cause any problems they don't bother you”

“Stayed here for the Ironman event and the location was perfect. I originally booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. The staff was extremely responsive and showed me several other options right away so I could choose the one I liked. Very helpful and attentive team. I would definitely recommend this motel and stay here again on future visits.”

“The location is a huge plus! It's directly across the street from Pexcho's American Dime Museum, which was the reason for our trip. The room came with all the ammenities. Nothing super modern, but everything worked properly.
Great view.
Staff were super nice and accommodating.”
