Niranjini greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was very helpful from start to finish! You can just tell when people take pride in their job and love helping people :) She has excellent customer service skills! I would highly recommend Red Wing Shoes!”

“This boutique is behind Applebee's on Washington Road. It sits on the left next to the Chinese massage parlor. I was greeted quickly by the associate working. I gave them a head's up that I would be coming that day because I saw them post a beautiful distress denim skirt on Facebook and I actually bought that exact skirt. When you walk in the straight sizes are on the left and the plus sizes are on the right. The associate working explained this to me and the sales items were to the back. There is a dressing room in the back to the left. I did try the skirt on to make sure it fit properly and it did. Check out was a breeze. The associate thanked me for coming and told me to come back and I told her I definitely will be back. I can't wait to see what type of clothing they have for the cooler months. I really enjoyed shopping here!!!! I glad I was able to finally get to check them out. Even though I don't need any more clothes I can't wait to see what else I can add to my wardrobe!!!”
“This was my first time in this store to get some Nike blazer for my daughter. I was greeted by the manager Shawn. They did however have the shoe I wanted but the manager said he would drive to Columbia and bring them to the Augusta store for me since I needed them for a event on Saturday. Columbia stores did not have them either but I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me and show great customer service. I would continue shopping in this store moving forward just because my first experience was pleasant. Thank you so much Mr. Shawn”

I wasn’t initially greeted. The female employees were just watching me with disdain.
I was googling the shoe I liked to just order it until one female employee asked, “What size can I get you.” Just to bring out the right shoe out for me to try on before disappearing.
I was contemplating leaving until Quenten came to help me. He greeted me and was charming. He ensured that my overall experience was pleasant.

That coupled with the excellent Customer Service this crew provided on Saturday 09/23/23, was the highlight of my weekend. Ms Melvina was very attentive to my shopping needs and experience. “I really enjoyed the customer service that Hibbett Sports gave to me. There was a young man who worked there by the name of Darius(122577). He showed outstanding customer service. He greeted me with enthusiasm, he didn't hesitate to help me, he never did show lack of interest, he also gave me his opinion on certain items in the store. To make it even better he even tried to build a relationship with my 2 kids who where looking for shoes. I recommend Hibbett Sports in Augusta Ga. to anybody.”
“Admittedly, the first time I came to Augusta mall not so long ago, I was using yelp to find lunch, and I got sent to to Augusta Mall's food court, not even knowing the mall was there. After going a few more times for more than food now, I have a pretty good handle on what this place offers. Augusta mall has been around since the 70s, is a two level mall and has over 90 retail spaces, making it the largest mall in the area, and one of the larger malls in the state. During the holiday time, they decorate the mall beautifully, but year round they also have a lovely water fountain front and center, a large clock in the mall, and massage chairs for those who need a break PROS: There's a lot of shopping variety here for the area that it's in. From your big box staples like Macy's, JCPenny's, Sears, or dillards, to your specialty stores like Apple, Barnes and noble, Teavana and sephora, Augusta mall has plenty of ways to lighten that wallet. CONS: The layout of Augusta Mall was a little confusing to me. The first time I paid them a visit, I remember asking myself, where's the entrance, though I came in along the side where the apple store is. There IS a central hub where it's mall like, with several stores to peruse, but there's a few outside access only stores too, like the entire strip that houses the formerly mentioned apple store. As this is a mall, parking is never going to be a problem. That is to say, you're not going to have trouble finding a spot. What you may have is trouble finding a spot close to where you want to be. This is an "every mall" problem though, not just Augusta. There is also a food court with a few restaurants. I've only tried a couple, but they range from wings to japanese to mediterranean. If that's not enough for you, there's also restaurants like PF Chang, Moes, and others directly on mall property (accessed outside) FINAL VERDICT: If you live in Augusta and need to shop, you're more than likely going to find yourself here. It's a bustling energized area filled with people, stores and deals. It's an excellent place for people watching too. If you can get over the layout of the mall and not having access to all things (this can be a big deal in bad weather), you're gonna love it. I'd rate it a 3.5, but round it up to 4 stars, because I already know i'll be back, and that makes me a fan.”

“I bought some work boots from Boots and Barns a couple months ago and they are the best work boots I’ve ever bought. I have bought works boots from Walmart, Amazon, Academy Sports, and from Cabelas and done have lasted but these have lasted way longer. They are still comfortable and they do not hurt my feet and I’m on my feet all day. I’m a hard working Mexican and these boots are the best to work in.”
“Just wandered in to see what was new. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. A little trendy for me so I'm shopping for specialty items, things that I can add to my clothing collection that will enhance the look I'm creating daily. If you're so inclined stop in. Their selection of goods is comparable to other stores of similar products. Pricing is comparable as well. But for me I'm always looking for the possible deal. Sometimes though, you do get what you pay for. So until next time, shop til you drop.”
