“Sue in the shoe department was so incredibly helpful and patient with my family. She helped us find a great pair of shoes and was really knowledgeable about the department!”
“The buy one get one 50% off deal is the best! We come here before going anywhere else. If they don’t have your size at one location, they’ll call the other one and have them hold it for you or they will order it online and ship it for free to the store or your house. Rack Room also gives you a $10 coupon on your birthday when you sign up and they run extra promotions for additional 10 - 20% off sometimes.”
“Awesome customer service. I like the fact that i was able to browse until I was ready to purchase without feeling smothered by a member of the sales team. When I was interested in something I got the their attention and they came right over and went got the size I needed. When they didn't have the size I needed they found them online and had them shipped to my house, which worked out great because I was shopping from out of state and didn't really have room in my luggage for 2 large shoe boxes. All in all, great customer service”

“Really great store - first time shopper. It is a Go-To spot for sure! Service was great and store was super clean. Tons of really nice clothes/products. If I had to point out room for improvement - refresh the dressing room. Other than that - 2 thumbs up!”
