He throughly explained my feet to me and what would be best. He brought two options to start. I went with Hoka Cliftons. I wasn’t in there long but I liked I didn’t need to be. I wasn’t rushed I was just listened to and Noah delivered.”

The young lady that helped me find the pants was kind, and very helpful, and the young lady that ran the register was very professional, kind, and sweet. The young ladies that work in the store really made the experience pleasant. I will def. be shopping there again.”

“Rose is the best retail sales person Ive ever worked with. I stopped in this morning and she was so nice, I left to shop around and every other store I went in didnt even say hello, so I went back to see Rose. I have some issues with my feet and she helped me try on lots of shoes until she realized my arches are different and I need a special shoe. She sent me to a place where I can get my arches measured and ensure I have the right shoe for my foot. I hope her store has what I need when I go back, Id love to buy all my shoes from her!”

“Great selection of boots and shoes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always stumble across some really cool deals on clothes and shoes at great prices and on sale with their Rewards Card. In fact, I have on a pair of Timberland Boots from G.B. SHOES right now. Great store, great products, great prices!”
“This boutique is behind Applebee's on Washington Road. It sits on the left next to the Chinese massage parlor. I was greeted quickly by the associate working. I gave them a head's up that I would be coming that day because I saw them post a beautiful distress denim skirt on Facebook and I actually bought that exact skirt. When you walk in the straight sizes are on the left and the plus sizes are on the right. The associate working explained this to me and the sales items were to the back. There is a dressing room in the back to the left. I did try the skirt on to make sure it fit properly and it did. Check out was a breeze. The associate thanked me for coming and told me to come back and I told her I definitely will be back. I can't wait to see what type of clothing they have for the cooler months. I really enjoyed shopping here!!!! I glad I was able to finally get to check them out. Even though I don't need any more clothes I can't wait to see what else I can add to my wardrobe!!!”
“This was my first time in this store to get some Nike blazer for my daughter. I was greeted by the manager Shawn. They did however have the shoe I wanted but the manager said he would drive to Columbia and bring them to the Augusta store for me since I needed them for a event on Saturday. Columbia stores did not have them either but I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me and show great customer service. I would continue shopping in this store moving forward just because my first experience was pleasant. Thank you so much Mr. Shawn”

The most complete Jordan collection in immaculate condition hides behind the door to KIXX USA - its just simple - If you like to kik it on fresh kicks - you absolutely MUST come to KIXX USA!”

“Outstanding customer service. The new manager has a well trained staff now. The previous management team was deplorable, and I actually completely stopped shopping at Footlocker. The new manager came from Champs of which I shopped with him there and I am overly pleased what he has done with the Footlocker store in the mall and I can’t wait to go back and get my next pair of shoes, especially since they offered me a coupon!
On this particular purchase, I actually called ahead to make sure they had the shoe I was looking for in stock. They did. I went immediately down to purchase it and ran into another shoe that I liked and ended up purchasing two pair.”

My husband has a shoe size that is impossible to find in stores (15) not only did they have his size in the store, but the associates took me around to help me find literally EVERY shoe that they had in his size so that he could have options. 10/10 recommend they are AMAZING here!”

I wasn’t initially greeted. The female employees were just watching me with disdain.
I was googling the shoe I liked to just order it until one female employee asked, “What size can I get you.” Just to bring out the right shoe out for me to try on before disappearing.
I was contemplating leaving until Quenten came to help me. He greeted me and was charming. He ensured that my overall experience was pleasant.

“I had a great experience at this store and I’m excited theres a Sketchers in Augusta. I don’t write reviews normally .. but the customer services I received was a rare find in these days and this needed to be put out The store was clean and easy to look around. I stopped by Sunday evening and this lady who helped me was really good at what she do cause she listen to what I need and helped me fin two pairs of shoes that is good for me. She really seem to know what would work good. The man at checkout was also friendly and made the checkout easy. Their selection of goods is comparable to other stores of similar products. Pricing is comparable as well. But for me I'm always looking for the possible deal. “Awesome customer service. I like the fact that i was able to browse until I was ready to purchase without feeling smothered by a member of the sales team. When I was interested in something I got the their attention and they came right over and went got the size I needed. When they didn't have the size I needed they found them online and had them shipped to my house, which worked out great because I was shopping from out of state and didn't really have room in my luggage for 2 large shoe boxes. All in all, great customer service”
