“I usually go to other locations that are closer to my house, but I happen to be by a dealership near this location and stopped in after I got word from the dealership of what I needed to do to my car. Tammy did an amazing job and helping me find what I need, explain some of the products that I would need to fix what the dealership told me and was also patient with me when I would kind of pause and do a little bit of my own looking around. She kept all of my products gathered, and when I was ready to check out, checked me out so smoothly. I appreciate The quality of service that she has. And I really liked this location because it was so much bigger with so much product in inventory compared to some of the other locations I go to.”

He was very kind , gave me a reasonable expectation of repair and told me he would get in contact with me no later than tomorrow afternoon. He ended up calling me this afternoon with all the work done. Appreciate that Hoop!!! Fun fact, I was getting the recalls done because I sold the Jeep from my dealership. “From beginning to end, Calavan Kia took great care of me. I called at least two other Kia locations in the metro Atlanta area, and none of them could offer a loaner vehicle or accommodate a rental while my truck received service. Thankfully, Calavan Kia has an in house rental program. I spoke with Colin over the phone, and he was able to set me up for a rental, so I could walk in, drop my truck off to get a diagnostic, sign the rental and service agreement and leave with the rental quickly. The next day, I met Emanuel Baskin, and he made the entire process quick and easy, just as Colin said he would. Emanuel is a true gem and is EXTREMELY easy going, respectful, and accommodating. He clearly communicated the diagnostic and service timeframe and kept me updated along the way. My truck was fixed, and the team ensured that any other issues they discovered were addressed. I’d recommend Calavan Kia to anyone! It’s so worth the drive from my home. None of the other metro Atlanta dealerships come close to the service I received from Emanuel, Colin, and Patrick.
