“Just putchased my third Epoch 460. These batteries are great. The Bluetooth monitoring is easy and convenient. Built in protection makes me feel safe. I've been running the first set for a year no problem. I get 8 hours of runtime on my fver AC with the pair.”
“I had been having some battery-related issues with my car and stopped by Batteries Plus for help. AJ came out in the rain to assist me and was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He tested my battery, alternator, and starter, and everything checked out great. While we weren’t able to fully diagnose the issue (my car has a backup battery that will likely need to be addressed at the dealership), I truly appreciated how thorough he was.

I jumpstarted my car and immediately made an appointment to get a new battery installed. “Let me save you a trip if your looking for batteries. Don't bother with auto zone because if it's raining they ain't training or doing the install. Came down to O'Reilys got two 34 size batteries on a company box truck and even in the rain they got out there performed the install and got me back on the road so to that I say thank you Rebecca and Tonya for a job well done”

The guy behind the counter really made my experience, he was a tall guy wavy hair, I don't remember his name, but he was really knowledgeable and sold me excellent battery that comes with a 10 year warranty! I enjoy buying quality products and it is even better if I get a product I didn't anticipate something with such good quality. I couldn't wait to get it, and it arrived today and even the packaging impressed me. It just makes me happy that I found my goto place for all things batteries!”

“I needed a new battery for my key fob. Told a young man working what I needed he took my key replace the battery within a 5 minute period. I have went to advance Auto on Windy Hill and Austell road had a completely different experience. The guy was like you got to open your key fob to see what type of battery is. Then I'm trying to open and I'm like I don't know how to open it then he was trying to tell me you stick the key in but it felt like it was going to break. He was no help at all so I told him forget it I'm going to go to battery Plus like my mom told me to. Had a very good experience at battery Plus.”

My son tried some after market parts that didn't work out. But easily switched it back for now. This simple printout was so helpful and kept my on the road. He went over the top to help me find the location of the coolant temperature sensor that I bought for my Honda. “I came in needing to purchase a new blinker bulb and to hopefully get some assistance with changing it out. Michael was AWESOME! I had been to another store 3 days before in search of the same help and was not able to find it at AutoZone. Upon purchasing the bulb, I asked Michael if he could help me change the bulb and he did just that. In a matter of less than 2 mins, he had taken care of what I had been trying to get fixed for the prior 4 days. Michael was awesome and I truly appreciated all of his help! I will be returning to this location for any of my future car care needs!”
