Sometimes I wish it wasn't that fast so I can talk with them a little longer. But if you need banking this is the branch and the bank that you need to trust. “Easily the best group of people to work with. They are always so kind and accommodating. They are absolutely generous with their time. It seems the bad reviews on here are just a reflection of people who had a tough time with changes that were made. People always struggle with change. Sometimes the change comes with a bunch of glitches which is what some of them probably experienced.
As far as the review about them not working on Saturday, and don't think that warrants a one-star review, and I think maybe it would have been better to ask if they were open on a Saturday before opening up the bank account. If you Don't have a bank account there, then you probably shouldn't be posting a one-star review.

“I came in originally to open an account. I had applied online, but Wells Fargo required me to visit the branch to provide verification documents. I went in without an appointment, as I wasn't aware I would need one. When I walked in I was greeted by Kevin, I told him I needed to open an account and he asked me if I had an appointment, which I did not, and everyone was booked up today. I asked him a quick question and it turned out my issue was simple to fix, as I only wanted an account to view my mortgage, Kevin let me know I could simply log into the app and see my mortgage without an actual savings/checking account. He helped me in a few minutes before his next appointment and he was a great help to me.
Kevin was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout and I really appreciate his assistance today!
PS- You should consider offices for your bankers, instead of those cubicles. The cubicles are open to the entire branch and there is zero privacy. When I am dealing with my banking matters I expect a little privacy, I don't want the entire branch hearing my business. This is the only Wells Fargo location I have ever visited, so I don't know if that is the standard for all branches, or just this location.”

“The Free Home Village branch is my favorite location and I visit it frequently. The employees are friendly and helpful - they always greet you when you walk in the door & most of the regular tellers even greet me by name. This branch definitely gives you the small town feeling and there is rarely a line.”

“I love banking here! I use the drive thru, and every employee I have encountered has been friendly and non judgemental. I drive out of my way because this branch is unlike the one closest to me, and they don't have equipment failures. The last 3 times I tried to bank closer to me, they have been unfriendly, and they have had one issue after the other. Trust me when I tell you, for fast, friendly and professional service, go to the Regions Bank in Jasper, Ga”

“Andy or Marion was very helpful, polite, and patient. We went in to set up a checking account and he was able to get us set up and explain everything so we could find the best account based on our needs etc, he also informed us and set up a meeting for home buying; as we’re going to be house hunting soon. His boss, I think it was; interrupted after they started to get busy during closing hours and was rushing him to wrap up the appointment, that wasn’t appropriate or appreciated. As we were setting up a new account, needed a voided check for my direct deposit, and had questions. Andy was a great employee and very helpful. After we finished upl, Andy headed over to help where he was needed. Great job! Much appreciated GOD bless!”

“I opened up an account to have access to a ATM close to home since Wells Fargo decided to remove ATM machines in the Jasper area. I don't do a lot of banking there, but the few times I went to deposit checks or get cash it has been seamless and easy. I go to the Ball Ground branch.”
