“Big Lots in Monroe is the BEST! We were shopping for a mattress for my mother that was coming into town and the second time we went in the price had increased by a hundred dollars. When I questioned about any discount, the employee was wonderful and sought to help us. He was so accommodating and helped us to save money with a coupon. We would definitely shop here a lot more.”

They were very kind and helpful and helped me get my grill loaded. I will return. I came in after Home Depot didn’t help me and didn’t care that I was there.”

“This location is not really the best walmart thats for sure. They never have the big promo items that most other walmarts have.
The staff is hit or miss with friendly and could careless.
The shelves are usually organized and somewhat well stocked.
