“Absolutely love coming here they have cute tops and stuff all the time and they are all so helpful whether I am getting something to doctor up my dogs getting flea meds or needing bug treatment for barn to just going for a cute top. They are all very nice and very informative with any questions you have. I have always been one to ask questions and they always are so helpful! “You usually walk into a Walmart expecting an average shopping experience. Let’s be honest, Walmart isn’t exactly known for outstanding customer service. But one employee truly stands out, and that’s Logan.

I’ve seen Logan several times, and he’s always upbeat, friendly, and engaging with customers while staying focused on his work. Tonight, the checkout lines were backed up, and he immediately stepped in, opened several self-checkout kiosk, and got things moving. He was constantly helping one customer after another without ever looking overwhelmed or frustrated.

What impressed me most was his attitude. He never complained, he just kept smiling, interacting with customers, and making sure everyone was taken care of. That’s what great customer service looks like.

I was so impressed that I made it a point to tell his team lead how thankful we were for his hard work. Employees like Logan make a real difference, and Walmart is fortunate to have him.”
