“This place and the bathrooms were clean as a whistle. Probably top ten nicest gas stations I’ve ever been to, took a risk not going to QT across the street, and it paid off”

“This fine establishment is located in a terribly competitive stretch of highway. Without a doubt , it should be your best choice.. Just last week I stopped in and couldn't find an item . A employee asked what he could help me with and I told him of my disappointment. This man ordered a item he didn't carry at a discount price ... Yes I Will continue to trade there and I hope you will too”

“I was here for the first time last week and the guy at the counter was super nice. It was around 7Am and he even came from behind the counter to help me carry all the things I was trying to purchase. That almost Never happens anymore. He was talkative and genuine. I would give five stars if it had Been a cleaner establishment. Like, of course its a gas station but cleaning needs to be done daily. Period. Overall though, I'll go back.”

“These are the people. We’ve truly lucked out with our local Parker’s, being it’s always clean, stocked, and has the friendliest staff out of any Parker’s I’ve been too. They also constantly jump in to help costumers when needed, and you never feel stranded.”

“I want to share a truly heartwarming experience I had at this Shell gas station. While running errands, I desperately needed to print out an important document, and the employee working there, Peter—a wonderfully kind person with South Asian roots—went completely out of his way to help me. In a situation where anyone else might have politely turned me down, Peter took the initiative and printed the document for me simply out of the goodness of his heart. On top of that, I remember another occasion when finding a parking spot seemed impossible due to strict local rules, yet this same station showed incredible understanding and allowed people to park. It is rare to encounter such genuine human warmth, exceptional helpfulness, and kindness that goes above and beyond ordinary customer service. Peter and this station embody true hospitality, and I am deeply grateful for his help!”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
