“This UPS store is convenient for us to drop off Amazon packages. Recently we had large boxes to be scanned and the staff was very friendly!
When you need to select a UPS to drop off they have the self serve return table but you can also go to the counter. If you're going during prime time, expect to wait in line if you need help!”
“Nigel printed some papers out and did a notary for me last Friday. He was very professional and kind, highly recommend this store and this young man to take care of your needs!”
“Victoria, the Customer Service Care Representative, was AWESOME and AMAZING!! She was extremely personable, incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with!! She is a definite ASSET to the UPS organization!! She performs her job with professionalism and efficiently!”

“I do not understand the numerous low ratings for this UPS Store. Every time I have dealt with them, they have always been cordial, professional, helpful and efficient. I am very pleased with the service I receive each and every time I've used this store. I've never had a negative experience. Keep doing what you are doing!”
