After sifting through the different options and reading the reviews, we decided to go with the 10'×10' unit CubeSmart.When we arrived at the office to sign our lease and get our unit, we were greeted by Penny. She was very kind and answered all of our questions before we even had to ask! Penny showed us how to operate the gate, she held the gate for me while drove out moving truck through, and she even accompanied us to our unit to show us how to open, close, and lock the unit. “Wonderful move in experience! Super easy to reserve a unit online (they email you everything you need to move in right away). Once I got to the facility, entered my key code, went to my unit and was able to move right in. The facility left a reusable cooler bag in the unit with my unit lock and key, along with information and instructions on how to pay and other helpful information. The facility is extremely clean and well lit, which is always a big bonus. I would highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs!”
“Kirk was very helpful with making sure I found the right unit for what I needed. He let me know about all of the charges before I decided to get the unit so I knew everything I would be paying for before going to do any paperwork. He made sure I understood everything from start to finish and was very clear with everything during the whole process.”

“This is a good place to come if you need to store furniture. However I came to this place to see if they were able to store vehicles. This place doesn't but there are other Cube Smarts that will. That's if you don't mind your vehicle being stored outside for years at a time. I was looking for covered storage and was told about the other places. For the size of my truck and the unit I needed, if I do ever need is upward of $400 per month. Ouch!! That hurts. However once I do leave here I've decided to just either sell my vehicle or give it away instead of paying that hefty price each month when I know I will not return to live here in the US.”

I was leaving once and he chased me down on his golf cart to let me know he thought I had overpaid .. Great people and the units are close by the house.”

“I've been to alot of Americold locations across the map. There are some I like and and some...well...but by far this location is now my new #1 on my list. I walked in and was greeted by Evelyn. She answered all my questions and made my visit super nice. Loading time was less than 1.5hrs. My ppk was ready minutes afterwards. Shipping clerks like Evelyn is a hidden gem in our industry. Thank you Americold for making this day pleasant! Thanks Evelyn for all you do! I will be back!”
“Limited on parking having said that they did get me to a door to wait to get loaded which I was few hrs early was fast once they started to load and everyone was polite and nice”
