“I had a good experience here overall, but a little while ago I did have a small issue. There was a lady giving out free samples who wouldn’t let kids take one, even if a parent was right there. My daughter grabbed a sample while I stood next to her, and the lady got frustrated. It made us both a little uncomfortable, and I didn’t quite understand the problem since I was present. Just something to be aware of, but otherwise the place is great!”

“Since I've been having quality issues with my local mill, I've starting buying from Uline once again. I ordered 200 sheets of 200# cardboard that I make into custom sized boxes for my shipping business. The freight cost to Columbia is crazy, so I made the 3 hour trip to get them. I was greeted at the service desk by a staff member. I backed inside the building and the sheets were brought to me on a small forklift. Loading was quick and painless. This is a large complex and very well run and efficient.”
