“My neighborhood branch in Norcross Ga when I get to ATM you can't make any deposit. I was recommended to me by Norcross branch try Dunwoody Branch they accept deposit ATM. I get to branch after business hours to make deposit of $200 cash. I put my card in ATM, pin # ,select deposit , ask cash or check? Cash continue ready I put $200 of $20's. ATM state can't accept bills give funds back $180 keep $20 & retAin my debit card for security purposes. I call customer service no help . But I went into bank business hour I'm happy the branch manager”

“I have had good experiences at other banks, but this new Chase branch has been incredibly servicing and supportive to my banking needs. I had to open up an estate account following the death of my father, and Ramona and the branch manager and all others I have dealt with have gone out of their way to help me. From on the phone to in person, Ramona is professional and has helped me in an extremely expedited way. There have been times where I have needed help to retrieve records quite quickly. This branch seems to bring on the individual friendly service. Yes, there have been occasions when I have had to wait, when the staff were busy. (If they were enjoying a break as a previous reviewer mention, it is because they needed it. They would never knowingly disregard a customer's time or needs.). So glad Chase opened up in this neighborhood location.”

“Surprisingly I had no issues on my latest adventure to Bank of America! Normally I'm over the whole visit before I even step foot because they never have staff. My lucky day there was nobody in the branch! Stood in the teller line for under 30 seconds and my transaction was processed fast and efficient! Now why can't every visit be like this at any location? Then again that would be too good to be true right? Anyways they have pretty friendly staff so that impacts the entire experience! The building itself seems older and could use some updating, other than that they got the job done!”
