they told us last night that a phone transfer would take up to 3 hours for the transfer , so we went back today and they told us that they didn't do transfers, they are awful! the only reason I gave them 1 star is it wouldn't post without a star

Came in to upgrade my phone. Laminda is a rockstar. She took care of me and was professional and efficient. I hope that Verizon and that location knows what an asset they have with her on their team. Thank you Laminda!

There's a tall black guy with a bald head and a beard that works at this Brunswick, Ga location with horrible customer service!!! I held my composure in the store but he wasn't even man enough to come out and apologize for forgetting about me and having me wait so long. He absolutely sucks!
