Ray saved my day trying to get my replacement phone activated. I had to go thru 611 (business line customer service) but if Ray hadn’t helped course correct the whole way I would have probably given up and thrown (both!) phones in Lake Erie. Thanks Ray!

Michael at this was amazingly helpful when I could not get any help from Verizon tech support. He helped me get rid of apps that had viruses and was patient and kind to an older customer (me)! Please consider giving him praise and kudos and perhaps a managerial role. He was that good.
