“So I was a Verizon customer for approximately 10 years and my bill continued to rise and I only added 1 extra line. I made the change because my bill went from $255 with insurance and Disney+ & Netflix. I tried to get a business line and was told that I was paying for a line I did not approve. My bill went up to $418 a month. Verizon said they’d fix it and later find out I was still being charged. I went to T-Mobile and they took great care transfer my information and I am now set. So far, T- mobile has been good as far as service and customer Service. I thank Corey, tori, Chastity and Jalyn for their patience and time they gave me. I suggest T-Mobile over Verizon anytime. Give them a raise!”

“I actually purchased a screen protector for my daughter and we stopped by the booth, I decided that replacing her screen protector was too delicate of a job for me. So we stopped by and I asked him if he could get it applied for us, he obliged. It only took about 3 minutes, he was t going to even charge me for it but I insisted and gave him $20 just because it felt like the right thing to do as he was so accommodating ?”

“Really good experience at this Metro by T-Mobile. I drove almost an hour from Hazlehurst since we don’t have one nearby and it was worth it The girl rep was super patient worked with my budget, and didn’t pressure me into changing to a more expensive planShe helped me find a phone I could afford found promotions I didn’t know I qualified for and helped set everything up before I left. Definitely coming back againn”

“I am glad I moved to Consumer Cellular three years ago. I have found them readily accessible, helpful, efficient, patient. Since switching I have purchased three phones (one was exchanged under their 45- day free trial; nothing wrong with it, just unsuitable for us). Have not checked recently but three years ago their plans and prices suited my needs. In my experience, they handle purchases, shipping and returns promptly. They are geared to, and understand, Seniors, our foibles, and our technological inadequacies. I endorse Consumer Cellular without hesitation.”
