“So I was a Verizon customer for approximately 10 years and my bill continued to rise and I only added 1 extra line. I made the change because my bill went from $255 with insurance and Disney+ & Netflix. I tried to get a business line and was told that I was paying for a line I did not approve. My bill went up to $418 a month. Verizon said they’d fix it and later find out I was still being charged. I went to T-Mobile and they took great care transfer my information and I am now set. So far, T- mobile has been good as far as service and customer Service. I thank Corey, tori, Chastity and Jalyn for their patience and time they gave me. I suggest T-Mobile over Verizon anytime. Give them a raise!”

“I had such a great experience today. Keenan and his team at Xfinity in Brunswick went above and beyond to help me. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. Everything was handled quickly, clearly, and with genuine care. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and I really appreciate the effort they put into making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“I was at the wrong IPS but Malik was so nice about my confusion, and helped with my next steps. Redirected me and made Verizon look really good. I look forward to doing more business.”
