“I had a great experience with this location!! All the ladies that assisted me there were friendly understanding and informative. If they tell you to get insurance on your phone. You better listen and get insurance. Take it from me ? as I normally get insurance on all my stuff but this time I did not and guess what the phone had a manufacturer defect where my screens pixels went out however the lady in there told me that my phone had a limited manufacturer warranty on it(which I did not know and at the time I brushed that off too until I needed it) I remembered she was like ok I'm just telling you. Now I feel so stupid , because the advice she told me came in handy and I was able to send my phone back in for repair . The manufacturer paid for me to ship the phone back to them and paid for return shipping back to me as well. Now damage the limited warranty does not cover but manufacturing defects yes. Get the insurance if you know you are hard on phones.If it was not for them telling me I had a limited warranty on it . I would have just chucked this incident up as a loss.Also they made sure that I got the phone I wanted and cases I needed as well.”
