“Love this store! Lots of great merch! Especially on Avatar the Last Airbender :) and great deals too. Every employee has been kind and helpful. Especially JOKIM at store 4657 in Mall of Georgia who just helped my family with our purchases today. He was very patient and kind.
My only complaint would be that the store is a little crowded and hard to move through but I do like how bright and the store is verus Hot Topic which is waaaaay to dark.”
“Aliyah went above and beyond for me today at the Buford location store number 0934! I came in at 10a.m and did lots of shopping expecting the store price to be the same as the online price. Went I got to the counter and things didn’t ring up what I was expecting Aliyah priced matched everything to the online price and made my day! Highly satisfied customer all because she took the time to manually type in the online price. Thanks again Aliyah for exceeding my expectations and making me want to come back and shop at this location more often!”
“Vanessa was absolutely amazing! My family and I were having trouble finding tall inseam jeans, but she allowed us to order online while inside the store. “My daughter and I went school shopping at this location today and found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The store was a little busy but the staff was on point helping us, other customers and even putting our product. Two people in particular working today really engaged and made sure we had everything we needed before we could even ask. It was a young man and woman and they seriously were on top of everything.”
“I never leave reviews for retail stores but I was in there yesterday, and Chase and Howard were so dang nice. Retail jobs are a lot of work and can be frustrating so I don’t expect 5 star over the top customer service ever (just don’t be a jerk, that simple) but Chase and Howard were putting out good energy and smiles.
