“The staff is AMAZING!! Kieran especially! I can not express how greatful I am for how kind and helpful they were. See I went to grab some things for Easter and Birthdays, Kieran helped in every facet by grabbing things of the top shelf's, pulling high hanging clothes and holding all the items at the desk so I didn't have to carry it all around the store, and did so with a smile. Then it happened, learning that HT canceled all their credit cards. I had several hundred dollars worth of items that I spent the last 90mins gathering, with the expectation I would be using my HT card.. welp no. Kieran handed the situation very professionally, even with a smile. Helped me figure out what happened, and didn't bat an eye at putting the items back.”

“Nice store, I came in looking a bit of a hot mess(not joking) and was wanting to get in and out. Still got great service and was approached and offered a fitting room. Left with a $100 blazer and was happy with my purchase.”

“Came into the Mall of Georgia location today after searching all over the mall for a nice suit set for an interview I have tomorrow. I finally came here and was greeted by Tracee B. I told her what I was looking for and that the situation was urgent. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to play dress up with me and help me find the perfect fit. She helped me determine my size, brought me a wide range of jackets, pants, shoes, and blouses, and checked in on me throughout the whole process to be sure I had what I needed. I got a beaded top, formal dress for a wedding. Just needed a minor alteration for a stuck zipper. Dress and alterations were less than $120.”
“The workers in the store were very nice, and the store is very nice and well-kept. I would shop there, but I would probably not sell any more clothes to them. They took some brand new items with tags and some other very gently used items, and I only got $22. Totally not worth it.”
