She explained everything and made what could’ve been a really frustrating shopping trip positive. My mom very rarely has good experiences, especially when it’s a purchase she’s anxious about, so I often go with her and have to do most of the talking, but she couldn’t stop saying nice things about Abby and left happy. My only complaint would be that the store is a little crowded and hard to move through but I do like how bright and the store is verus Hot Topic which is waaaaay to dark.”

“Great store with a large selection of western wear. Bought boots for wife along with a hat for myself. Lots of different brands in lots of sizes. Wish the 11.5D boot selection was larger like the size 12 or 13 size selection. I was looking for boots, but could only find ones I liked in larger or smaller sizes. The search continues. Overall good store for your western wear needs.”

“Me and my daughter had a great experience this afternoon at this location. We had previously joked about going in and saying we were gonna see if the employee could guess my pants size just by looking. We agreed the employee would say size 6. After walking in we were greeted by associate whose name I didn’t catch but I told her I wanted a pair of jeans and she picked out about 7 pairs for me to try on. I try all of them and choose 1 pair for today. Lydia completed our checkout process and signed us up for the loyalty program. She was great and I found out we shared the same birthday. Kindness goes a long way.”

This Old Navy is in a very busy location, but surprisingly the store itself was calm and not overcrowded when I visited. I was able to take my time looking around without feeling rushed, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop through.
They had a large amount of clearance items throughout different sections of the store, and I was impressed with the selection. I found a lot of nice basic pieces for everyday wear like t-shirts, lounge clothes, and casual items at really reasonable prices. It felt like there were good deals in almost every department.
The employees at the register were friendly and polite during checkout, which always makes a difference. Even though the area around the store is busy, the shopping experience itself felt relaxed and smooth.
I genuinely enjoyed visiting this location and would definitely return in the future. The only thing I was a little confused about was the clearance policy. I wasn’t sure if clearance items were final sale or still returnable because the tags didn’t clearly mention it. Aside from that, I had a very positive experience overall.”

“Glad this Kohls is here. Good bargains, not to high of prices compared to department stores at the Mall. Because the Kohls seem to be disappearing over the years, I really hope this one doesn’t because it is a good place to shop. One more thing, it is not too far off of Interstate 85 so you can quickly to get off and shop and easily get back to go home or wherever else you want to go.”
