“I had a little issue recently. I went in there to buy three pair of Brooks shoes but turns out they aren't included in BOGO half off. I asked to see the BOGO shoes and she showed me a small area two aisles over. (!) Asked if they match other stores prices and the girl said they match the Brooks.com website prices. Next day I got an email from the Brooks website about a sale price on the Brooks Ghost shoe. Called the store and manager tells me they don't match Brooks.com. (Huh?) Seems like a nice store but need to get everybody on the same page about price matching. One said they did and one said they didn't. Ended up buying from the website and, even with tax, they were cheaper than this store. Free shipping too. Bought the other ones online as well. You can easily find better prices online, and the BOGO at their store is a joke.”
