They were playing some real N.Y. throwback; since I'm from NY, I was impressed! They had a wide selection of limited editions. The owner also has a book of rare finds. We all walked out with something.The customer service was great! Make sure you ask for anything you don't see, because the owner will get it for you if possible.”

“The manager Debbie Wood is awesome! She is probably the best Rackroom manager I have ever encountered before. She is very knowledgeable and honest I would venture to say that she knows everything there is to know about footwear. Because if her I now know that it isn’t the shoes that I was picking out that were either too big or to small, it was that I have an extra wide foot. The store is always clean and well stocked. The customer service that she and her staff provide is better than any other shoe store or Rackroom that I have shopped at.”

“I had such a great experience here today with Jeff and the rest of the staff. I was sent here by my podiatrist and didn’t know what to expect. I REALLY liked the measurements taken of pressure and alignment on the feet. Jeff showed me some great cushiony shoes and I went with the Hoka Transport. Most comfortable and best looking shoe out there for everyday. I’m super happy with both my experience and my shoes. I will absolutely be back to shop again.”
