“Stopped in while looking for a specific brand of shoe. 50 East (Georgia location) was the only place I could find that carried the brand I was looking for. Staff was so helpful when I thought I might need a different size that wasn't on the sales floor. Big plus is that my shoes were on sale! Bumped in to the owner on the way out. I love seeing a true family business! You should definitely stop in. I know I'll be back!”

“I love the Under Armour brand. Their items are more expensive than their quality requires. I shopped for shoes this visit. Their shoe selection is quite large. Their stock in popular sizes was not great. Their shoes did not meet my personal comfort levels. I did not make a purchase this visit.”

“I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I walked in on Sunday, I was met with a level of professionalism and genuine care that is rare, despite how busy it was. There was a hispanic girl I think her name was Lolli or Loly, she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose what shoe to wear for a certain event I was trying to prepare for.
The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for when seeking customer service. Loly was exceptional, it’s what anybody expects to see when going shopping! This company has clearly invested in training its staff to prioritize customer satisfaction, and it shows. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service and shoes!”

“My family wanted to say thank you to Joyce at the Woodstock, Ga. location. Joyce gave us outstanding customer service and resolved an issue for us in one phone call. Many companies do not train their employees on customer service, and with a lot of online shopping many employees in retail do not have to deal with people face to face. Joyce apologized for the issue we had twice, fixed the issue, and made sure that everything was resolved! Joyce thank you very very much!”

Of all days to maybe not have great customer service, I'd expect it today on black Friday, but we got the exact opposite. I wish I would have gotten her name and feel so bad we didn't, though you ALL were SO patient and unbelievably kind. I don't know if I'm able to say what y'all did as I'd hate for you to be bombarded by people like my daughter, but what was supposed to be a joking question y'all actually did. She has struggled for years with this and today y'all gave her hope, joy, and a lifetime of loyalty to your store. I just want to say the most sincere thank from the bottom of my heart. I know y'all are probably exhausted today, but it didn't show! Y'all are absolute angels and will gladly make that hour drive anytime she needs shoes from now on. THANK YOU!!!”
