“I had a great experience with the two managers from Rent-A-Center who delivered and set up my washer and dryer. They were professional, respectful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made sure everything was installed correctly and working properly before they left, and they took the time to explain everything to me.
It was refreshing to receive such great customer service from people who truly seemed to care about doing their job well. They made the entire delivery and setup process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism. Rent-A-Center is lucky to have these managers (Mr Will - Mr Bryan and Ms Melissa oh let’s not forget Deon who answered the phone on Thursday) . on their team!
