“I had an amazing experience with Premier Auto Atlanta Exotic Car Rentals. They saved the day ! 10/10 !! I booked with another company in advance and 2 days before my son’s prom when I called to confirm location and pickup time they let me know they cancelled it and booked someone else for a 3 day rental. Despite me having self created issues (I locked the keys in the trunk) they worked with me multiple times to get me in a vehicle I would be comfortable driving and in swapping me to a new car quickly despite being such a small branch. “I am writing to applaud the excellent work being done at the Buckhead, Atlanta. branch of Sixt Rent a Car. I have been renting a vehicle at that location for the past several months, while I await the finalization of an insurance claim on my own vehicle. Compared to their competitors, they have the best selection of vehicles, get me in and out quickly, and are always very courteous and attentive. Oftentimes, I receive a complimentary upgrade. I particularly want to single out Shaatia, the manager of the branch, as well as Alvin, Danisha and Aquilla, for their friendly smiles and helpful attitude. Sixt is the second-largest rental car company in Europe, and is coming on strong in the U.S. market. Leave Hertz, Avis, Budget, Dollar, etc., behind and go with this winner, instead!”

We are living in a time where the type of service you experience hinges on the color of your skin and/or your financial status. It is sad, but nonetheless a harsh reality. While this has become a norm at many businesses, I am happy to say this was not my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on East Ponce De Leon in Decatur, GA. From the time I walked through the door, I was treated with the upmost respect and provided exceptional customer service. Micaela, the Assistant Branch Manager was not only professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful but she was also customer focused and went out of her way to ensure that all my questions and needs were addressed.
The communication throughout the rental process was seamless. From reservation to vehicle return, the staff maintained clear and concise communication, ensuring that I was well-informed at each stage.
