“I had to come in here to get a rental last minute, and Daniel and Todd are literally running the show. They are helping everybody and just being so very sweet and respectful throughout the whole process.. Daniel explained Everything clearly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, it took almost 2 months for my car to get fixed so we built a very professional relationship and Daniel and Todd came through each time. Todd helped me towards the end of the rental process, but I was so lucky to start things off with Daniel. You can tell they’re a great team and very efficient when they work together. The hospitality does not go unnoticed and it is much appreciated. Thank you so much, Daniel, you would make a fantastic charge, nurse, sir 😂😁”

“Great people! Questionable service. I needed to exchange my Mitsubishi insurance rental for a large SUV for a weekend family trip. They took my reservation and said they would get one there for me. I wanted to pick it up on a Tuesday so we could pack it for the family trip. They didn’t have one. Told me to come back Wednesday morning…..
I don’t know……maybe a phone call from them? Just to give me a heads up. But no, they waited for me to drive over there to let me know that there were none available.
I believe that the folks at the Brookhaven Enterprise office were actually trying to find a vehicle for me. But, forcing me to have to cancel our family trip like this is unacceptable! Shame on Enterprise. And, I feel sorry for your employees!

He got me into a vehicle right away, and then called me the next day to let me know that they had the type of vehicle I had originally requested. “I am writing to applaud the excellent work being done at the Buckhead, Atlanta. branch of Sixt Rent a Car. I have been renting a vehicle at that location for the past several months, while I await the finalization of an insurance claim on my own vehicle. Compared to their competitors, they have the best selection of vehicles, get me in and out quickly, and are always very courteous and attentive. Oftentimes, I receive a complimentary upgrade. I particularly want to single out Shaatia, the manager of the branch, as well as Alvin, Danisha and Aquilla, for their friendly smiles and helpful attitude. Sixt is the second-largest rental car company in Europe, and is coming on strong in the U.S. market. Leave Hertz, Avis, Budget, Dollar, etc., behind and go with this winner, instead!”
