“The branch manager Trina is always so welcoming and helpful. I rented from this location 3 times in the past year. I have also sent my team members to this location. I appreciate the fact that she always made sure the cars were clean inside and freshly washed outside. The team here is professional and informative. I typically have to manage my expectations with rental car companies as they tend to be horrible. I appreciate the consistency with the location. Kudos to this entire team!”
“This location proved to be more than efficient. While picking up my rental the representative Jam was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a quick overview of the process as well as some good to know info about the vehicle. “I had a rental car from the Doraville location for 6 weeks. The car was fine but it did smell like smoke. Sreekar was very helpful over the phone and we spoke several times because my rental car was being covered by insurance. Dihanh was awesome when I returned my car and gave me a ride to the collision center to pick up my car.”

Ahead of a busy Christmas week, my reservation was double booked against existing reservations w/ corporate -- Tim went above and beyond to get me the vehicle (SUV) type that I needed at no extra charge. “They need to have vehicles ready for those that have a pickup time when they first open, so the customer doesn’t have to wait 30 minutes to finally get a vehicle.”
“I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 9:00 AM on Sunday. From the moment I walked into the office to receiving the vehicle, it only took about five minutes. Within those five minutes, they kindly explained all the important information and policies. I returned the vehicle around 6:00 PM, dropped the key in the return box, and went home. This Monday afternoon, I received a follow-up email asking about my experience, and they were very kind through the final communication as well. It was a very satisfying experience, and I would definitely like to rent from this location again if I have the opportunity! Thank you Samuel !!!”
“Wow! What a great experience with this location! I have never had such a smooth experience with a car rental before especially since I had to book last minute. The young man who was working when I picked up and dropped off should be a manager if he isn’t already. He’s a young black man with braces and he is absolutely an asset to your organization. He has excellent customer service skills, he remains calm under pressure, and executes at a high level. You truly have an exceptional employee here and I absolutely will be using this specific location again!”

“After dealing with an accident and a non-responsive adjuster this was the smoothest experience I’ve had since being in the accident. The rental process was smooth, the car that I was given was beautiful and rode very smooth. It made me want to extend the rental haha.

“I am writing to applaud the excellent work being done at the Buckhead, Atlanta. branch of Sixt Rent a Car. I have been renting a vehicle at that location for the past several months, while I await the finalization of an insurance claim on my own vehicle. Compared to their competitors, they have the best selection of vehicles, get me in and out quickly, and are always very courteous and attentive. Oftentimes, I receive a complimentary upgrade. I particularly want to single out Shaatia, the manager of the branch, as well as Alvin, Danisha and Aquilla, for their friendly smiles and helpful attitude. Sixt is the second-largest rental car company in Europe, and is coming on strong in the U.S. market. Leave Hertz, Avis, Budget, Dollar, etc., behind and go with this winner, instead!”
