My problem was fairly straightforward, and B.) I researched it beforehand and even while I was in-store. C.) I actually got some help!!At any rate, thank you Colleen, for making me feel seen in a customer service setting for the first time in a long time!! “This is our favorite lighting and fan store. We love local stores like this, that offer personal touch. My husband and I have bought ceiling fans for the entire house, chandeliers, outdoor sconces, bathroom and dining room sconces. They carry good quality selections at the store, and they have also ordered us from the catalogs. Brandon and Caroline were always very nice, courteous, helpful and informative. The prices are reasonable, and their service is exceptional, that's the reason we keep going back and purchasing from them. We highly recommend them.”

“Five stars for Progressive Lighting! We purchased several fixtures from them about a year and half ago. One of the ceiling fans stopped working. Jesse, our salesperson, helped me troubleshoot and when nothing was helping they sent a technician out to investigate. The Ceiling fan had a bad receiver and they replaced it for me at no cost. Great customer service!”

“I recently bought a house next to this store and have been experiencing the home buyers curse of everything breaking, so I'm a frequent flyer here multiple times a week. The store is clean and easy to navigate. However, the welcoming staff is what makes it. They are not only knowledgeable on the store, but so many of them actual understand home improvement and are excited to help. They have given me so many great ideas saving me time and money while ultimately leading to home upgrades better than I ever envisioned. Everytime I've had an issue with a product they have always refunded or discounted to take care of me. In the few short months I've lived here, I'm pretty sure I'm on a first name basis with more of the staff at Home Depot than I am with my Church. Shout outs to Janice and Don for everything.”

He was very helpful even when helping me a customer came up, and he paused, excused himself from me, then told the customer to wait if he could for a moment he would get to him and then he looked at me and I told him no go ahead help him.
