“T-Mobile customer service is the worst but this store is the best! Kareem Ortega at the East Cobb T-Mobile store fixed my problem till resolution despite me porting out of T-Mobile. T-Mobile does not have the ability to email you final bills despite me being a 16.5 year loyal customer! They lack 1980s tech in 2026 called email! The bills are required for many reasons per statute and to get reimbursed for equipment fees by the new provider.”

“I was having trouble activating a replacement device. We walked in just minutes before closing and was met with a welcoming guy. He gave us some options on how to reconnect the phone. While getting ready to exit, Samantha had another option and ultimately led to the reconnection of the device. This was done all while the device was in another city. I thank the reps in this location, and appreciate their support. Samantha, you saved us some headaches. Many thanks to you both.”

“On March 7th, I visited the T-Mobile store located at 2900 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA because my phone had been damaged beyond repair and I needed to purchase a replacement.
When I entered the store, there were three employees standing together talking with each other and no other customers present. The way I was acknowledged felt dismissive.
Once I explained that my phone was damaged and that I needed help purchasing a new phone, the associate began assisting me. However, once he realized I could not access my phone to receive the verification code and that I had SIM protection activated, his attitude noticeably changed. He seemed unwilling to continue helping. I was essentially told that there was nothing more he could do and that we had “hit a wall.”
As a result, I left the store feeling frustrated and without a phone. I then went to the Apple Store inside Lenox Mall to purchase a new device. At that point, I was strongly considering leaving T-Mobile entirely because the experience made it seem like there were no solutions available.
Fortunately, the Apple associate advised me to visit the T-Mobile location inside Lenox Mall to retrieve my account PIN so they could proceed with the activation. I arrived at that location about 45 minutes before closing, and the experience there was completely different.
The associate at the Lenox Mall T-Mobile location was extremely helpful. He took the time to properly assist me, contacted T-Mobile customer support, reset my SIM protection, and helped me get my new phone activated. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
Honestly, that associate saved my relationship with T-Mobile. Without his help, I likely would have left and opened a plan with another provider.
Overall, the experience at the Peachtree Rd location was disappointing and frustrating, especially given that there were no other customers in the store at the time. However, the excellent service I received at the Lenox Mall location made a huge difference.”
