“They sold me fake chrome hearts oval belt buckle, with no response to my emails over the issue. I’m not one to leave reviews but if I spend my hard earned money expect an authentic item. Especially at the price point of CH. weight is off and engraving are off.
Update: manager personally reached out and made it right, update review for customer services. Chrome is heavily counterfeit, so high end fakes can slip through the cracks. I think they may do a good job authenticating but human error happens.”

“This was my first time getting a full foot scan. I went in earlier this month on a Monday to look for running shoes and had a lot of questions. The young lady who helped me (I think her name was Hailey...?) was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I had told her I bought a pair around the end of the new year that hurt my feet. And she helped guide me towards a better fit. So far I am happy. Feet Fleet even allows you a 30 day period to try out the shoes and honored the ATL Track Club discount so that was a great bonus. I recommend going to this Decatur location.”

“Awesome experience as a first timer at the BPRC in Decatur——— My husband, who had shopped with them before, suggested that I go in to be fitted for a new pair of walking shoes, and I am so happy he did. I forget the young man’s name who assisted me, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and kept changing my mind on which shoe to get. The other sales clerks were nice and helpful as well. After all was said and done, they helped me make an excellent choice, and I was more than pleased with my purchase. “Just got home from Rack Room Shoes in Chamblee & had to post about the amazing customer service Brenson & the store manager provided. My daughter needed a size 3 in Crocs (which is apparently one of the hardest sizes to find), & they not only listened to her tell us which colors she did not like (which took FOREVER!), but they hunted around until the the ONLY Size 3 in White in the store! The staff there is always so friendly, but this afternoon was above & beyond. Thank you!”
