The place was very clean and the phlebotomist greeted us well. I was happy to see that it was not crowded, and seating arrangement was well spaced. My appointment was at 10am for the Annual wellness check panel. I was stuck once and I could not feel the stick! From registration (check in) to check out I was in and out in 15 minutes! The whole process was outstanding! The website is very informative and current! The price quoted is no deception! Virtual assistant on website was fast and responsive! I'm completely satisfied with this lab!”

“I've been to this location several times. As long as you have an appointment (highly encouraged!), you're in and out in no time. I'm made it back to my car before the 30 minute threshold for free parking in the deck.Justine is the BEST - very thoughtful and kind, and super professional. I'm not the best patient for a phlebotomist, but she helps make the process smooth and easy.It can be hard to find the location inside the hospital. I asked the hospital's guest services desk for directions.”

“I am a big baby when it comes to getting blood drawn and usually get poked and prodded several times which makes me woozy, faint, the whole nine yards. I was super nervous about my appointment, but Jazzmyn had me in and out in under ten minutes. She poked me once, I didn't even feel it, and was done super fast. I didn't get the slightest bit queasy. I cannot recommend her enough, she is an angel.”

I was able to get in and out within less than an hour. The black lady at the front desk was nice and efficient. Parking was just next door for $6. Will come back for sure.”
