βI think this place would make a cute date night activity. They have multiple small stations to create your own clothing, accessories, and pens. (I have changed my review from four stars to five because of the owner's explanation to my following review) ***I would just pay attention if you are purchasing food because some of it is almost a year old. ***β

βI have been a customer at this Hot Topic since I was a teen. Now 35, I still shop this Hot Topic constantly because I always utilize the free in-store pickup option when I order online. Everyone is super friendly each time I'm there and they even remember my daughter when I bring her in. She is only seven, but as far as she's concerned no stop at the mall is complete until we stop in here. Only the anchor stores and this shop keep me coming to Peachtree Mall and if it wasn't for HT, I'd probably never come out of my way enough to want to browse and shop the anchor stores.
Sign up for rewards and do reviews for points and get free stuff, the rewards stack! They also do Hot Cash occasionally, which pretty much amounts to a half-off discount. Employees always let me know if I have rewards or coupons, even if I forget to ask. I have ADHD so this is extremely helpful and I really appreciate it. I do most of my purchasing online, but I love being able to see and feel items in-store before purchasing. Bought a super cute frog outfit after seeing the jeans in-store even though my size was not on the rack.
Speaking of sizing, that is the ONE thing I would like to see changed at this location! There is usually only XL or under in most clothing items on the shelf. While they do have a huge selection of plus size online, sometimes we plus-sized folks like to try things on in-store, too! Perhaps plus sizes come in and sell right away and that's why I don't see them much, tbf it is a small store that can only carry so much stock, but from my observations it just seems like not much plus selection comes in. This is a complaint for the higher-ups, though, as I understand the individual store has little to no choice in what they receive.β

βWonderful store with great customer service. They have a particular lavendar honey that I love and discovered they have some baking kits for bread, scones and more. Lavendar roast scones were fluffy and delicious. Not dry and death like from other restaurants. A little jewel in dow town Columbus.β
βI never leave reviews....but I have to for this place! I was just passing through GA and happen to find this treasure! Very nice clothes but The Lady working, Vanessa, she is just so friendly and kind and a beautiful human being!

βCiti Trends was the first store we came inside when entering the Peachtree Mall. It had a lot of small things I liked; AAA batteries, toys for the kids, and a 3-in-1 USB charger which was very cheap. My wife and children had a family day at the mall, walking around, eating, and shopping. It is clean and near the restrooms, JCPenney, and an exit.β

βLove this store. I always find new and different clothing and tools that are always affordable. I go at least 3 times a week just to check the new stuff out. I changed my pants to a brand they have and I can buy 5 pairs for what I used to pay for 1 pair. Awesomenessβ
βStopped by Gap about a week ago with my wife just to browse around. She found a few dresses she really liked but we had trouble finding her size and had a few questions. Chris helped us out and his customer service was honestly top-tier. Super friendly, helpful, and just an all-around great vibe. Both of us walked out saying how much we appreciated his energy and help.
Weβll definitely be back.. not just for the nice clothes, but because the customer service made the whole experience even better.β

βToday was my first trip to American Eagle(columbus ga.) . I was greeted immediately by sales clerk her name was Erin. Erin was the biggest help found my size and brought me more options to fitting room to try on. I found the perfect pair. Low rise boot kick. Size 8 might I add I probably haven't worn an 8 since I was 8. Proud of my weight loss. I want to give Erin a shout out..excellent customer service skills above and beyond met expectations. βAmazing clothing but also amazing group of girls that run the store! I came in today frantically needing clothes for a girls weekend trip. I just had a baby and nothing in my closet would fit me. I legit had tears in my eyes and just told them what was going on and that I needed help. The pretty brunette helping me pulled some of the cutest outfits that would make me feel good with my mommy postpartum body and I was able to find two great dresses! I felt very taken care of and love the dresses!β
