Apparently they were not receiving my emails, but the problem was solved and I was able to get a new gift card.
Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say. I’ve tried to reach out several times about a gift card I received for a return only to be completely ignored. I can’t open the gift card. What a waste of $50. Please spend your money elsewhere. There are much better boutiques that will respond to your emails and resolve the issues.”

“I have been a customer at this Hot Topic since I was a teen. Now 35, I still shop this Hot Topic constantly because I always utilize the free in-store pickup option when I order online. Everyone is super friendly each time I'm there and they even remember my daughter when I bring her in. She is only seven, but as far as she's concerned no stop at the mall is complete until we stop in here. Only the anchor stores and this shop keep me coming to Peachtree Mall and if it wasn't for HT, I'd probably never come out of my way enough to want to browse and shop the anchor stores.
Sign up for rewards and do reviews for points and get free stuff, the rewards stack! They also do Hot Cash occasionally, which pretty much amounts to a half-off discount. Employees always let me know if I have rewards or coupons, even if I forget to ask. I have ADHD so this is extremely helpful and I really appreciate it. I do most of my purchasing online, but I love being able to see and feel items in-store before purchasing. Bought a super cute frog outfit after seeing the jeans in-store even though my size was not on the rack.
Speaking of sizing, that is the ONE thing I would like to see changed at this location! There is usually only XL or under in most clothing items on the shelf. While they do have a huge selection of plus size online, sometimes we plus-sized folks like to try things on in-store, too! Perhaps plus sizes come in and sell right away and that's why I don't see them much, tbf it is a small store that can only carry so much stock, but from my observations it just seems like not much plus selection comes in. This is a complaint for the higher-ups, though, as I understand the individual store has little to no choice in what they receive.”

The cashier checked my soma account and saw I had a better discount than I had in my email.
Got 6 bras for $160.
Also when I went to try on the bras the salesperson took them off the hangers so I didn’t have to waste time doing it!

“I like Caro Fashions and go there quite frequently. However, in the last 2 years they rarely have a size small in anything. I asked about why there were no smalls in many of the clothing items ... No real answer except I was told that I could order online. Forget that. I don't want the hassle of having to return an item.”

“I love simply 10. You can find a quick outfit in there about 90 percent of the time. Their prices haven't changed since they've been in Columbus. The workers are always helpful as well. I think we need one more around here.”

“Adorable Clothing Store! This little boutique carries a wide variety of women's clothing from shorts to dresses. The associates were very friendly and willing to help me with what I was looking for. “Highly annoyed that in 2023 the dressing rooms are still closed at the Columbus Georgia location. What is the point of shopping and not being able to try on the clothes before you leave. How incredibly inconvenient to have to pay for the clothes and bring them home to try on and if they don’t fit you have drive back. Make it make sense please.”
