“I was fortunate enough to get highly coveted tickets to one of the most exclusive Mardi Gras masquerade balls in New Orleans. I needed a tuxedo for this special and very conservative event. I did my due diligence in shopping around the Columbus, GA area. I concluded that “Celebrate Tuxedos” had by far the best values. Their merchandise was top quality with extremely competitive prices. I was not looking for a rental; I wanted to make a purchase in the hope that I would be returning to the ball in subsequent years so quality mattered.
With all that said about Celebrate Tuxedos, I think where they really excelled was in service. I got fitted for and ordered an outfit. About two weeks later, after the outfit arrived, I returned for the final adjustments, and everything was perfect. The only staff member I encountered was Krysta, I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism, knowledge and aptitude for customer care and service. She used her knowledge and experience to provide accessories that I had no way of knowing I would need. If you need a tuxedo or other formal wear and you are in the Columbus, GA area go to Celebrate Tuxedos. Maybe you will be lucky enough to get Krysta to help you.”

“I have been a customer at this Hot Topic since I was a teen. Now 35, I still shop this Hot Topic constantly because I always utilize the free in-store pickup option when I order online. Everyone is super friendly each time I'm there and they even remember my daughter when I bring her in. She is only seven, but as far as she's concerned no stop at the mall is complete until we stop in here. Only the anchor stores and this shop keep me coming to Peachtree Mall and if it wasn't for HT, I'd probably never come out of my way enough to want to browse and shop the anchor stores.
Sign up for rewards and do reviews for points and get free stuff, the rewards stack! They also do Hot Cash occasionally, which pretty much amounts to a half-off discount. Employees always let me know if I have rewards or coupons, even if I forget to ask. I have ADHD so this is extremely helpful and I really appreciate it. I do most of my purchasing online, but I love being able to see and feel items in-store before purchasing. Bought a super cute frog outfit after seeing the jeans in-store even though my size was not on the rack.
Speaking of sizing, that is the ONE thing I would like to see changed at this location! There is usually only XL or under in most clothing items on the shelf. While they do have a huge selection of plus size online, sometimes we plus-sized folks like to try things on in-store, too! Perhaps plus sizes come in and sell right away and that's why I don't see them much, tbf it is a small store that can only carry so much stock, but from my observations it just seems like not much plus selection comes in. This is a complaint for the higher-ups, though, as I understand the individual store has little to no choice in what they receive.”
“I recently decided to step up my hat game, and another clothing store recommended I check out Looking Good in Columbus, GA for their selection. I was pleasantly surprised by their massive inventory and variety of styles. Finding the right hat is always a challenge for me because I have a larger head size, but Keisha was incredibly patient and accommodating. She helped me browse through the large-sized hats until we found three perfect fits! If I lived closer to Columbus, I would be here every single weekend. If you are looking to get into hats and want excellent value, this is absolutely the place to go.”
“I went in this store today looking for some steel toe boots. It was my first stop and the first time I’ve shopped for steel toes in over 30 years. Although I didn’t end up buying anything I would highly recommend this place. I was greeted immediately by two nice gentleman and a man named Jeff ended up helping me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very patient. I just couldn’t decide on which ones I should buy and since it was the first place I went to I was reluctant to make a choice. I must have tried on 5 or 6 pairs and Jeff was great in understanding my needs and my indecisiveness. I will go back there someday because I didn’t even get a chance to look around.”

“Was late for a formal party and come to find out the cleaners kept my tuxedo shirt buttons. I rushed into Chancellors and was attended to like a gentleman. The guy set the buttons up for me and went the extra mile to make sure I was good to go. Class act!”

“I had a wonderful shopping experience at this Kohl’s location! The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire visit stress-free and enjoyable. It’s always refreshing to encounter workers who truly go out of their way to assist.
A huge bonus is that there is a Sephora on site, which makes it so convenient to shop for clothing, home items, and beauty all in one stop. This location truly delivers on great customer service and convenience—I will definitely be back!”
