Although I didn’t end up buying anything I would highly recommend this place. I was greeted immediately by two nice gentleman and a man named Jeff ended up helping me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very patient. I just couldn’t decide on which ones I should buy and since it was the first place I went to I was reluctant to make a choice. I must have tried on 5 or 6 pairs and Jeff was great in understanding my needs and my indecisiveness. I will go back there someday because I didn’t even get a chance to look around.”

Seam on the half sole was very smooth and good quality. They estimated the work would take 1.5 weeks based on their backlog, but they got it done in 3.5 days. Good pricing based on the material and craftsmanship. Would recommend Kim’s and will use them again.”

As I walked in the door, there were Three people standing there working on something, two women and one man. The women looked me up and down, and then turn their backs. The guy came to me and presented himself and we begin to talk, and I told him what I was there for. I was annoyed because most often when you walk into a place and you look a certain way you automatically judged, but I was determined by my hat and my boots, and When I found out that he makes commission on all of my sales because of his kindness, I brought back family members and asked For him. The other day I had a chance to meet the manager of the storage she was very kind and she listened and very helpful when I told her what my Experience was, But because I’m used to such ignorance from people, i recognize it, and go about my business. If there was a black owned cowboy store, that is where I would spend my money. I give the Boot Barn a four out of five star because the manager is amazing and one of her assistant managers are amazing to.”
