During my first test run, one of the factory‑installed blades came loose — a manufacturer error. I called Jessie, and he immediately picked up the mower, replaced the blade, properly torqued both blades, and returned the machine at no cost. That level of responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated.

On another visit, I needed well‑pump repair parts. As soon as I entered the aisle, I was helped right away and found exactly what I needed.

“Normally the service at Home Depot is decent but from a recent trip I can say that the customer server is great, maybe even to great. My family and I were getting a Christmas tree and we had said before that we didn't need a net just a trim since we had parked close to the store. Instead of skipping the net and just trimming it the worker there insisted that we needed a net and that it would help a lot. When we reassured him that it wasn't necessary we were ignored and he continued to add a net on the tree. After checking out I was getting ready to pick up the tree and put it in my truck. Another worker came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I declined the offer as it was a short walk to the truck and I could manage. He didn't take no as an answer and continued to walk with me to the truck. He wasn't holding anything just walking by my side.. then when I put the tree in the truck he continued to stay by and watch. Finally he walked back to the store. The tree was great and the customer service was good too. A little pushy to my liking but overall it was nice. Out of 10 stars I'd say it was a 8.5.”
