“I have been with Synovus Bank since the 90's when it was called First nation Bank, I have always gotten Perfect service from the Branch manager, and the tellers as well. the small banking serves always get me.. I love it because they know who you are. they some times write out your slips they help you with problems if you need them. I have never experience any problems with my deposits my Husband switched to them as well. We Absolutely love them.. I really hate some people are have issues but I do wish you would give them another chance. We want bank any where else.”

“Fantastic experience! I recieved a call today about somebody trying to cash a fraudulent check from our company for over $2,700. The teller caught it immediately and verified with me that it was in fact fake. Thank you a million times over. This teller deserves a raise and a pat on the back from the branch manager!”
“Adding to my review I left yesterday. This 5 star is to ASTRAL specifically! She is the Financial Manager at this branch and she was an absolute GODSEND. She showed so much care and concern with my situation. I also saw her care for other clients with just as much attention. She worked through the lobby checking in with everyone efficiently and attentively. Her poise and authenticity reminded me why I bank at Bank of America. I appreciate her so much and, not to put more on her plate(lol), but if you have a chance to ask for her, please do. You will not be disappointed. Thank ASTRAL!

Complete waste of time!
Went in around 4:30. Associate claimed to help me with a fraud claim. The woman with fraud prevention services asked for her and my credentials they were confirmed but halfway through phone call-bank associate muted the call and told me to just call myself because “we’re closed now.” She carelessly dropped the call with the fraud prevention team and told me to call myself. NOTHING was finalized so when I call on the way home, fraud prevention had ZERO notations that I even went in let alone filed a claim! Even the Woman on the phone (with fraud prevention) said, “let’s stay connected so we can get everything squared away for our client in one day.” (Bless that woman)
Now I have to find a way to get back in this week. Super unsatisfied with the lack of care. $20k stolen and she said, “we’re closed, just call yourself.” So disappointed …”
