“Today I had a great experience at this location. My elderly Mother who is in her mid 80’s had issue with one of her accounts at BoA. We called the 1800 # . After being on hold over 40 minutes. We were instructed to go into a branch to speak with someone. I located the nearest location which was the Panola road in Stonecrest.I started not to go to this after reading the reviews. I’m so glad we decided to go to this location.
We were greeted at the door by Jeremiah.
We went into his office and explained as best as we could the situation.
Jeremiah was patient, kind ,and very understanding.
Due to Jeremiah’s customer service & kindness. My mother felt at ease.
BoA please hire more employees like this.

I recently leased a vehicle, which I regret, and tried to get out of the lease early on. I worked with Ms. Yolanda and she provided support and guidance. I listened to her recommendations and followed up a year later. Ms. Yolanda was still ready to support. I was able to buy out my lease with a cheaper monthly payment. We communicated via email and I went to the office to sign papers. The process was quick and easy with Ms. Yolanda communicating quickly and consistently throughout.
