“Today I had a great experience at this location. My elderly Mother who is in her mid 80’s had issue with one of her accounts at BoA. We called the 1800 # . After being on hold over 40 minutes. We were instructed to go into a branch to speak with someone. I located the nearest location which was the Panola road in Stonecrest.I started not to go to this after reading the reviews. I’m so glad we decided to go to this location.
We were greeted at the door by Jeremiah.
We went into his office and explained as best as we could the situation.
Jeremiah was patient, kind ,and very understanding.
Due to Jeremiah’s customer service & kindness. My mother felt at ease.
BoA please hire more employees like this.

“I called this branch and spoke to Kenton who helped me out a lot because the branch in Newnan has not picked up the phone or returned my calls all day. I have a business bank account with Woodforest National Bank and I just simply wanted to know if I can open a personal one online and Kenton was very helpful to tell me I could and how and that I could even pick up my debit card at the branch or have it mailed to me. Highly recommend this bank branch if you’re around the area.”

“I have happily been a member of Family First since 2012. I have always received great service and typically use FFCU for my loan needs. I recently leased a vehicle, which I regret, and tried to get out of the lease early on. I worked with Ms. Yolanda and she provided support and guidance. I listened to her recommendations and followed up a year later. Ms. Yolanda was still ready to support. I was able to buy out my lease with a cheaper monthly payment. “I haven’t been in this branch in a while, and banks these days usually have very limited staff compared to the past. I hadn’t waited long, when I saw Kevin Cogdell in lobby. I asked if Yolanda the manager was in and he said not this week, but let me see if I can help you. He called me in his office in 2 minutes and began working immediately to help me with my situation. It was regarding a closed safety deposit box and a now closed location and he went to work on phone getting assistance to help me get contents back. Very impressed, as customer service is not common at this level anymore.”
