“Needed a laptop charging cord, couldn't find one anywhere. The young man told me to bring in my laptop and he would try to find one that fit- rather than buying it and it not be the right one. He tried every one in the store and really gave it his best- I appreciated that. Still had to order the cord, but the assistance I received was excellent.”
