“Great service, Great prices. When I dropped Sprint in 2015 and went to Metro PCS, I have never looked back. No constantly calling them due to dropped calls. No rudeness from ignorant customer reps that hate their job and the customers. Sprint was hell. Metro is Heaven!”

“I mean, it’s Target! Always a much more pleasurable shopping experience compared to other stores. I spend a bit too much when I go inside lol but I thoroughly enjoy the option of the drive up pickup. They don’t keep you waiting long and my order has always been correct. And now you can order Starbucks in drive up! My cons about the Conyers store is that they rarely have much of the Black History Month items and sometimes not enough registers open.”

“The manager there Jahmerah has been holding it together for the 4 years I been going to this specific store she sometimes runs the other stores too and u will follow wherever she goes because she's so knowledgeable nice and patient always gives a good deal and explains what I'm paying for and she's quick with it too.”
“My experience was great yesterday, I went in not happy about my service at ATT and I walked out with a solution. I ended up getting a phone right away with major discounts. The Rep was awesome. I can not remember his name. He explained every discount and how to use them and also he explained well the transfer process for the other lines I have. Metro is was cheaper that ATT and give the same service. This location was not packed. I was in and out.”

“Store is laid out well. Easy to find what you are looking for. Gave 4 stars because although they were well staffed, most of the employees were standing around talking to one another instead of trying to assist buyers. Only a few customers present during my visit.”
“I went in for my annual upgrade. They actually had the phone in stock, unlike the other locations. Service was quick and friendly. They both made friendly conversation while everything was being set up. Which is better than most of the locations here where it's just awkward silence which makes the wait seem longer. They also offer name brand Bluetooth accessories, and not those cheap ones that I've seen at the other locations. 5/5 in my book”
